The power hungry, self serving, vermin who make their living by stealing from people; have done it again, pushing through more socialism. Do they care about the Constitution and the rule of law? Why should they when most Americans are too gutless to stand up to these thugs? Congress has pushed through more reckless legislation in the past 10 years than anytime in our country’s history. They have stolen trillions of dollars of the people’s hard earned money, destroyed the free market, and usurped personal liberty. The Patriot Act, TARP, and now Obamacare all seek to move America closer to National Socialism – ie FASCISM. Something Hitler, Mussolini, and FDR would all be proud of. The criminals listed below are the Colorado Congressmen who violated the Constitution by favoring the ‘Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’. Rep. John T. Salazar [D-CO] District 3 Rep. Diana DeGette [D-CO] District 1 Rep. Jared Polis [D-CO] District 2 Rep. Ed Perlmutter [D-CO] District 7 Rep. Betsy Markey [D-CO] District 4

Garry Reid, deputy assistant secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Combating Terrorism recently spoke to the Senate Armed Services Emerging Threats subcommittee. Reid, according to a report by The Hill, said, “Enabled by 21st-century technology, extremists have optimized the use of Internet chat rooms, Web sites and e-mail chains to spread their virulent messages and reach a global audience of potential recruits,” Reid told the Senate Armed Services Committee in prepared testimony. “It is this highly evolved radicalization process that enabled al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula to make contact with a wealthy Nigerian student living in London, recruit, train and equip him in the remote tribal regions of Yemen, position him in the Netherlands and ultimately dispatch him on a suicide mission to the United States, all within a period of weeks,” Reid added. “By contrast, the 9/11 operation took about two and a half years to develop from the time Osama bin Laden approved it in April 1999,” he said. Apparently terrorists had no idea of the amazing power of the internet and it’s communcation tools in 1999. Lucky for us, terrorists were still using smoke signals, the camel express, and morse code to communicate prior to [...]

The Census Bureau played a role in the confinement of more than 100,000 Americans of Japanese descent who were rounded up and held in internment camps, many until the war ended in 1945. In 1942, the Census turned over general statistics about where Japanese-Americans lived to the War Department. It was acting legally under the Second War Powers Act, which allowed the sharing of information for national security.
The Bill of Rights of The Constitution protects your right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness by telling the government what they can’t do. There is one amendment that specifically limits the powers of the federal government over your life. This amendment keeps the federal government confined to the Constitution of the United States. 10th Amendment “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Currently, our federal government has overstepped it’s authority in every state, including Colorado. Colorado is a sovereign state and her citizens have a right to a government that respects the supreme rule of law i.e. The Constitution. It’s time for people to demand that any law, mandate, regulation, or code enforced by the federal government but not sanctioned by the Constitution be nullified. Anything less is tyranny. How you can help You can begin by contacting each member of the Colorado General Assembly and demand a sovereignty resolution be passed. There is currently a bill that has been postponed in committee that would do exactly this SJM09-011. Second, you can demand that anyone you [...]

There’s plenty of federal holidays for Americans to celebrate. On July 4th, there’s independence from King George’s England. On the first Monday in September, a holiday was dedicated to the “social and economic achievements of American workers.” Other days throughout the year celebrate autumn harvest, soldiers who died in the civil war and even a person who sailed to this continent nearly three centuries before the country was “founded.” When there’s no federally-sanctioned holiday to call upon, protesters and activists across the political spectrum often pick “important” dates to schedule events to bring attention to their cause. We’ve seen protests on Tax Day, Independence Day, May Day, Earth Day, and more. And, just last week, we saw great importance placed on a day that doesn’t even have a letter in its name, 9/12. But nowhere to be found on these great lists of “federal holidays” or “protest days” is a celebration of the document that defined the principles of liberty that this country was supposedly founded upon – the Constitution. … More (Author: Michael Boldin Source: tenthamendmentcenter.com Date: 09.16.2009)

The United States of America is devolving into medical fascism and Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the “Pandemic Response Bill” 2028, reportedly just passed by the MA state Senate and now awaiting approval in the House. This bill suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone “suspected” of being infected to submit to interrogations, “decontaminations” and vaccines. It’s also sets fines up to $1,000 per day for anyone who refuses to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. … More (Author: Mike Adams Source: naturalnews.com Date: 08.28.2009)

As soon as I saw the headline of an August 10 article by financial columnist Peter Cohan, I knew that something was terribly wrong. It reads: “How did the politics of small government lead to big government bailouts?” This is akin to asking, How did the extinction of the elephants lead to Barack Obama’s election as president? If you make a claim of the form “A caused B,” but A never happened, then you are wasting your time by delving into the historical details of this bogus relationship. Yet we continue to see one example after another of what suspicious readers may be tempted to view as the Big Lie that deregulation or other obliging government measures caused the present economic mess. I won’t go so far as to characterize this claim as a Big Lie. Although some of its purveyors, acting out of partisan motives, surely know that they are blowing smoke, others may simply suffer from economic ignorance, analytical confusion, or loss of historical memory. In any event, the public is ill-served by commentators who purport to speak with authority about our current economic troubles and related government’s policies, yet peddle this worse-than-sophomoric tale. … More (Author: Robert [...]
