Two Texas Troopers, Kelley Helleson and David Farrell, Rape Two Innocent Women at Traffic Stop
David Farrell knew exaclty what his plan was when he called in a second officer to do a cavity search on both of these INNOCENT women. Both officers not only need to be fired, but charged with raping these two innocent women.
