Help Protect Colorado’s Sovereignty
The 10th Amendment of the US Constitution states:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
What does this mean? It is actually very simple. If the Constitution does not grant the authority for the federal government to do something, then that power is left to the state, or to the people to decide. Did you know that most of the federal laws and regulations that we have today actually violate the 10th amendment of the Constitution. The federal government can not violate contract law. The federal government can not give power to a private banking cartel to print fiat currency. The federal government can not buy or own shares of private business. The list of violations are endless. Well, the time to stop this abuse of power is now. Please contact your state representatives and ask them to support and enforce state sovereignty. There is one website in particular that I would like to recommend; TenthAmendmentCenter.com , they are solely dedicated to this one issue.
